Cromwell’s wholesale funds and mandates are managed on behalf of a range of global institutional investors, pension funds and sovereign wealth clients, banking partners and other third-party capital partners. Cromwell holds co-investment in many of its funds.
Examples of a number of our funds and mandates can be found on our group website here. In Germany, Cromwell manages assets in six different funds and mandates, including:
- Billbrook Portfolio – a separate account mandate whereby Cromwell manages a portfolio of light industrial assets in Hamburg. The €40+ million portfolio was acquired in 2013 on behalf of a large European insurance company client.
- Cromwell European Diversified Fund – launched in 2013 with a mandate to invest in Core Plus / Value Add assets, with approximately 20 assets located in Germany and additional assets in France and the UK.
- European High Income Fund – a pan-European fund invested in multi-let light industrial assets, with approximately 12 assets located in Germany and additional assets in Denmark, France, and the Netherlands.
- Taurus Portfolio – Cromwell was reappointed in 2016 to asset manage a portfolio of seven retail assets that previously formed part of the 28 assets comprising German Retail Portfolios, where Cromwell was appointed to implement a structured sales process where appropriate.
